You want them back. We get why.

You don’t need to pretend you’re ready to move on to get useful support.

No Contact Steps is for people who still care about their ex and want to know whether there’s a way back. We’re building practical guides and tools for no contact, reconnecting, and making a second attempt at a relationship worth having.

Wanting another chance makes sense. The useful questions are what ended the relationship, whether you both want to reconnect, and what would make things different this time. We help you think those questions through, without treating hope as something to be ashamed of.

Give a second chance some thought.

We cover how to approach no contact, what to consider when your ex reaches out, and how to have a clear conversation about trying again. Reconciliation needs both people’s willingness. There is no message or timetable that can guarantee it.

Our approach is to understand the breakup, give each other appropriate space, and look for real willingness and change. Taking care of yourself matters throughout, whether you get back together or eventually choose a different future.

Keep the full context.

No contact is not a one-size-fits-all rule. Shared children, work, finances, safety concerns, and legal obligations change what a workable boundary looks like. Advice should make room for your real life.

Be clear about what this is.
